Hixton Site
Located
one mile east of Interstate 94 on Hwy. 95 near Black River Falls, Wisconsin
(see map). Magnum Timber
is a 35 acre site used primarily for wood storage up to 35,000 cords.
The site is equipped to load rail cars or trucks 365 days per year.
Wood is purchased using a 60’, 60 ton truck scale.
Principle structures are scale office, maintenance shop, mobile equipment garage and 10,000 gallon, double wall diesel fuel tank. This site has the potential to be upgraded to a production facility.
